Responsibilities:

• Application support including global, regional and local solutions.
• Execute change management process & procedures and translate user requirements into functional specification for application's development.

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking and fiery eyes
• Experience in MS SQL.
• Based on business requirements, provide IS quality solutions and services following Project Management, Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Higher education or Bachelor degree.
