Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation a person to provide services in recruiting, on-boarding and employer branding activities

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate team of dedicated recruiters in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipro
• Talent Acquisition: search and selection of candidates, constant cooperation with hiring Managers, building professional networking and fulfilling on-boarding activities
• Employer Branding: delivering internship programs, building strong cooperation with the leading universities and students organizations
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting
• Participate in other relevant HR projects
  

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• Previous experience in IT recruitment/HR on relevant position or as recruitment consultant - minimum 5 years
• Expertise in managing people
• English - Upper-Intermediate
• Advanced customer focus and communication skills, quick learner, drive for result
