Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation Help Desk Specialist in Kyiv.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To provide 2nd line of IT Support to employees.
To assist in analyzing and defining technical needs and participate in maintenance and support of IS solutions and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High communication skills, accuracy and diligence
- Ability to learn quickly
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 (installation and administration)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft's line of office products (installation and use)
- Basic knowledge in the field of installation, configuration and use of computer equipment, as well as various peripheral equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
- Basic knowledge and ability to work with Apple technology - iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc.
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL methodology
- Fluent spoken and written Russian and Ukrainian
- Intermediate spoken and written English
