Translator of English to Russian / Ukrainian

We are currently expanding our Localization team in Kyiv and are looking for an experienced translator from English to Russian & Ukrainian. Areas of responsibility:

• English to Russian and Ukrainian translations (rarely vice versa) of all the 3Shape materials: R&D (user manuals, software strings, safety guides etc.), Marketing (ads, banners, videos, website, etc.), Regulatory (agreements etc.)
• Coordinating the proofreading of your translations with our colleagues in Kyiv.
• Improving and building up our RU/UA translation memory.
• Participating in the Localization team’s life as team member (team buildings, team breakfasts (once at the office), weekly meetings etc.).

 You should have experience in the following fields:

• At least 2 years of experience translating from English to Russian/Ukrainian, both technical and marketing texts
• Russian and Ukrainian are your native languages
• Advanced written and oral English (C1)
• Good writing/copywriting skills
• A confident PC user
• Substantial experience with Microsoft Office
• Degree in linguistics/translation is a big plus
• Experience with the translation tools is a plus

• Be able to handle multiple tasks under reasonable deadlines
