Business Analyst (Power BI)

We are looking for a BI analyst to work in our Kyiv office in the Customer Care department. You will work alongside our Customer Care management and project managers to review, analyze and provide us with crucial insight into how we are performing as an organization, and if we are on track with our strategic goals. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, business acumen, and have experience in talking to stakeholders, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy business analytic dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, etc
• Analyze CRM and AX data to improve efficiency and productivity of Customer care teams
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, develop and implement solutions
• Gather requirements and design reports/custom analysis tools for the Support, Sales Operations, R&D, and Sales teams
• Deliver support to internal users in the form of reporting and other data requests

Your qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field
• Strong experience with Data Analysis and Visualization of Power BI Dashboards
• Experience with data integration of Power BI with Microsoft dynamic CRM and AX, SQL Server, and Excel
• Customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English
