Senior Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager with strong communication skills, and the desire to make a difference for the customer and the company.

You will join our global Orthodontic team and be part of our International Product Management team in Kyiv from where you will be supporting our partners and customers using the world's leading 3D scanners and CAD/CAM system for Dentistry. In this position, you will furthermore be in close contact with colleagues in other departments: sales, product management, development and production both in Denmark, Kyiv and other offices.

You should possess the following competencies:

Professional:

Fluent in English, verbal and written. Additional major languages (German, French, Chinese etc.) will be an advantage
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience within IT technologies (Microsoft Windows based)
Profound understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, client-server setup
Database (MSSQL or other) administration knowledge
Experience in installation of software and hardware
Experience in testing system installation settings with different IT solutions
A relevant IT education (is a plus)
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor will be an advantage
Business communication and negotiation experience
Knowledge about the dental industry and a natural flair for technology will be an advantage

Areas of responsibility:

Communication with users about technical issues. Users can be both technical and non-technical.
Participate in solution presales, quotation and proofing activities working with Product Management team
Supporting the efficient roll-out of new products
Leading investigation of product issues on customer's side and in market
Lead the solution scoping, planning and implementation (on-site and remote) process together with the team
Be the customer' main contact in relation of any issues or system adjustments
Engage with our international technology partners of manufacturing equipment together with Development
Report feedback from customer implementations to Product Management to ensure continuous improvements of our solutions
Problems identification and arranging them to be solved by the development
