Junior/Middle Lawyer

Requirements:
— Specialist /Master’s Degree in Law;
— 2+ of experience in the field of law;
— Experience in drafting and reviewing of contracts, understanding of the contracting process;
— Knowledge of Ukrainian corporate law (registration of companies, increase in authorized capital, change of owners);
— Interaction with non-resident companies;
— Basic understanding of intellectual property and procedures of IP rights acquisition and protection;
— Upper-Intermediate English and higher, Legal English will be a plus;
— Fluent Ukrainian and Russian;
— High analytical skills, attention to details.
