Call center representative (remotely)

Get Flooring has been providing services and materials in the flooring industry for residential and commercial projects.

Get Flooring is a company that is located in Chicago, but works in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin and in more than 70 cities in the U.S.A.

How does it work:
With the help of a digital marketplace, customers leave a request for our services with their contact information, after that, we contact customers to discuss their project and schedule an estimate. Due to the growth in the number of our customers, Get Flooring is currently seeking for more call center representatives. 

Responsibilities:

• Use our software to manage all phone, online chat, and email requests from customers

• Answering, researching, and resolving customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems for customers

• Enter the correct information in the system and update the information when needed.

• Use a map to track the location of customers and the list of leads to decide when to schedule an appointment. 

• Take inbound calls daily from clients returning the original call

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Must have integrity and a positive personality.

• sales skills 

• Ability to multitask across different communication platforms and software

• Fluent in English is a must

• Previous call center experience preferred but nor required

• Active listening and attention to detail

• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

• Effective verbal and writing communication skills in order to interview customers to obtain information

• Strong understanding of data entry and the ability to integrate multiple applications of information systems.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.

-Two shifts of your choice 1st- from 14:00 to 22:00; 2nd - from 22:00 to 04:00 (Kyiv time zone)

-6 working shifts per week 

-Fully remote
