Warehouse specialist (temporary position)

Novo Nordisk Ukraine is looking for a Warehouse specialist for a temporary replacement during maternity leave, based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

As warehouse specialist you will have the following job responsibilities:
· Accept/release medicines in stock
· Responsible for movement of products based on expiration dates
· Contact with distributors
· Prepare documents for products shipment
· Monitor compliance of premises to licensing requirements
· Perform stock takes and prepare deviation reports
· Responsible for observance of established medicines quality control systems
· Responsible for local product release after importation is done
· Support to finance department

Your profile:
- Higher education in pharmaceuticals or chemistry or biotechnology or biology
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- PC skills required: extensive use of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- English language skills will be a benefit

About the department
- Ukraine warehouse specialist will be part of finance and administration department. You will be part of logistic chain responsible team interacting with the head of department, functional managers. You will also be a member of Business Area Eastern Europe Larger Markets.
- Your daily work will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and you will be working closely with colleagues located in Kyiv.
- You will be responsible for pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
