L2 Support Engineer (SRE+Monitoring)

Hello! If you are interested in professional development in IT Support field and have 1-3 years of experience with monitoring systems and SRE method we would be happy to see you as a part of our internal Master Data platform support team.

Responsibilites:

• Following the site reliability engineering on-call procedure;
• Investigate and diagnose Incidents to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible
• Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level/Agreements/Operational Level Agreements
• Document troubleshooting steps and service restoration details
• Infrastructure and web applications troubleshooting
• Interaction with SRE team like a part of the team
• Setting up monitoring for servers and services;
• Suggest/specify improvements of support tools, monitoring/alerting tools, and operational processes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven relevant experience;
• Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS), (bash, RegExp etc)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios);
• Experience with logging tools (ELK stack: ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Filebeat);
• Experience with Windows server (PowerShell);
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Strong communication skills;
