Hello! If you are interested in professional development in IT Support field and have 1-3 years of experience with monitoring systems and SRE method we would be happy to see you as a part of our internal Master Data platform support team.
Responsibilites:
- Following the site reliability engineering on-call procedure;
- Investigate and diagnose Incidents to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible
- Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level/Agreements/Operational Level Agreements
- Document troubleshooting steps and service restoration details
- Infrastructure and web applications troubleshooting
- Interaction with SRE team like a part of the team
- Setting up monitoring for servers and services;
- Suggest/specify improvements of support tools, monitoring/alerting tools, and operational processes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven relevant experience;
- Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS), (bash, RegExp etc)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios);
- Experience with logging tools (ELK stack: ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Filebeat);
- Experience with Windows server (PowerShell);
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Strong communication skills;
