Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant commercial experience as BA/PO/PdM
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML
• Data-driven approach
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in creating mobile and/or web applications (bank apps is a plus)
• Experience in development of API requirements
• SAFe/LeSS

Will be a plus:

• Competitor analysis skills
• Jira expert
• BABoK certification

Your responsibilities:

• End-to-end customer journey description and implementation
• User story creation (both high-level and detailed)
• Preparation of detailed requirements for developers
• Cooperation with UX team
• Stakeholder management
• UAT support
• Optimization of business processes
• Preparation of relevant documentation
• Presentation of results
