Portfolio & Strategy Manager

We are looking for a passionate, communicative, responsible and driven for the result manager who can join our transformation office.

What to do: 

• management of bank's demand for change the bank activities (projects and agile setups), including prioritization approaches         
• methodology development and support for classical projects and agile setups, guidance and knowledge sharing to others
• managing the overall bank strategy execution, ensure its monitoring and regular reporting
• coordination and facilitation of the strategic review sessions for the change the bank activities, regular reviews on portfolio level
• support preparation for Investment Committee decision making for classical projects and agile setups etc.

What you need:

• strategy management: experience in overall company or segment/area strategy preparation & execution monitoring, experienec in SWOT analysis is a plus
• portfolio management experience: demand collection, estimation and prioritization
• stakeholder management, communication on different management level
• close cooperation with IT, successful projects implementation is a plus
• advanced both written and spoken English
• ability to communicate and negotiate with different management levels
• knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodology, roles, activities and process outputs for software development, hands-on experience with project documentation
• strong organizational, conflict management and logical problem solving competency
• strong personal/social skills
• any certification in related area is a plus
