Senior Affiliate Manager

We are the company within a large holding group of companies. We have gathered a team of experienced top managers from the biggest gambling projects on the market to launch a new one, targeting customers from Tier 1-2 GEOs. 

To launch a new online gambling project, we invite to our Kiev office Senior Affiliate Manager.

We expect from you:

  • At least 2+ year direct experience in media buying or managing affiliate networks, ideally in gambling, fintech or financial offers 
  • Knowledge of how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
  • Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI’s, and profitability levers
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships from zero and effectively close the deals
     Strong technical background and experience with integration various affiliate platforms
  • Fluent or upper intermediate language ability in English

Will be a plus:

  • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing, with familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management
  • Fluent ability in one of the following languages: German, Spanish

What will you do:

  • Search and recruit new affiliates in order to establish new opportunities and maximize relationships, target countries Tier 1, 2 geos
  • Set and then exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue, profit margin and growth and help affiliates do the same
  • Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend
  • Provide account management support to existing campaigns including but not limited to: postbacks, API integration, creative and technical updates
  • Manage the day to day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaign and handle all general questions and technical issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance guidelines are followed according to federal and state regulations, analyzing potential risks to any violation (для белых рынков!)
  • Provide insight on new opportunities, business trends and challenges or concerns related to affiliate accounts.
