Our company is part of a large Ukrainian holding. We are a young company, but we have a strong team of top managers, our guys with experience in stellar gambling projects. 

We have ambitious plans for a quick start and we are focused on the countries of Tier 1, 2 geos.

We invite Head of Customer Support to the team for developing areas of customer care.         

 You have all chances to be a part of our young team if you are:

  • have work experience on similar position in a high-risk sphere at list 1 year
  • have experience in building support service or sales from scratch 
  • have experience in teaching and managing a team while constantly improving internal processes
  • know how to motivate employees and make clear KPIs
  • you are good with the customers, can quickly identify the needs and bring perfect decisions to any problem 
  • have fluent English speaking and writing skills

  • building a support Department from scratch and provide a high-quality adjustment of multichannel work of Customer Support
