 We are the company within a large holding group of companies. We have gathered a team of experienced top managers from the biggest gambling projects on the market to launch a new one, targeting customers from Tier 1-2 GEOs. 

We are looking for a data-driven, dynamic, high-performing Head of Customer Support with experience selling 1+ years within the high-risk sector. Head of Customer Support is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within support, VIP and AWOL managers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and sales. The Head of Customer Support works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Customer Support, and Product Management and Finance teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully. 

What we’ll want you to have:

  • 3+ years of b2c sales experience in the high-risk sector 
  • Experience of building support service team or sales department from scratch 
  • Proven history of consistent over-quota achievement of sales goals
  • Understanding of employee motivation and setting up clear KPIs
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills in both English and Ukrainian
  • Startup experience is a major plus

Area of responsibility: 

  • Build, mentor, control and motivate Customer Care Team and provide a high-quality adjustment of multichannel work of Customer Support 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue growth targets 
  • Pursue leads generated by our Affiliate Team
  • Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
  • Keep up to date on our product as well as industry trends that may impact client business activities
  • Perform periodic customer success reviews that confirm satisfaction
