IT Recruiting Researcher (Junior)

We are International recruiting company with 5 years of success in the Canadian, US recruiting markets. Now, in spite of the pandemic, our business is growing, and we are currently looking for IT Researcher to join our Ukrainian remote team.

Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in searching for IT candidates
Understanding of the IT market, its players
Strong online research skills
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Proficient PC user (Experience with Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
Intermediate level of English
Completed IT Researcher or IT Recruiter Courses

Responsibilities:
Search and selection of IT candidates;
Organization interviews with candidates;
Participation in Pre-screen interview with potential candidates
Maintenance of databases, related reports

Interview stages:
Stage 1. Interview with Lead Recruiter (online).
