We are currently seeking for an Intern in our Legal team to help our clients in law projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. You will also keep informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations.

Practice areas: M&A, antitrust, IP & IT, real estate, corporate finance, contractual law.

As Intern / Junior Associate you will have to:

• Research on various legal matters 
• Prepare written responses to clients 
• Participate in legal due diligence
• Prepare legal advice on various legal matters

  Qualifications:
• University degree in law (4-6 year of study)
• Spoken and written Ukrainian, English and Russian 
• IT literacy (MS Word, Power Point and Excel) 
• Relevant work experience is a plus, but not required for intern position
