Data Management Specialist

Work hours: 12:00 to 20:00 (Kyiv time) Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist who will be responsible for helping to manage the collection, analyzing, and reporting of a data product for a research company in the US Senior Care industry. Reports include very specific data about individual real-estate properties as well as higher-level analysis about market averages, comparison to the previous year, etc. This will also require analyzing groups of reports to find patterns and areas of improvement. Some reports are compiled in excel sheets for customers, so experience with excel and/or Google sheets is critical.

The research team you will be working with is remote and located in Ukraine, Pakistan, and the US. The ability to add value as a remote team member is key. Our ideal candidate has experience working with and analyzing data and is ready to join an exciting, growing company.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather data from various resources and compile draft reports.
• Compile and validate reports for customers based on the information gathered by you and/or other team members.
• Compile reports in Google sheets, add formulas, and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Analyze data for irregularities and opportunities for improvement.
• Cooperate with the team to verify missing/discrepant data.
• Enter data into database software, analyze to determine its accuracy.
• Maintain our Senior Living Community database with the information gathered.
• Help coordinate data gathering efforts with the team members and customers in the US.
• Help to manage the team of callers in Ukraine and Pakistan.

Candidate should have/be

• Upper-intermediate English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good research skills and comfortable using Google Sheets and handling large amounts of data, numbers, and formulas.
• Strong online research skills to find different sources for data.
• Attention to detail and a keen sense of accuracy, as well as common sense to ensure that the data is both accurate and reasonable.
• Quantitative, logical, and organized.
