Financial Analyst OPEX UA&MD (Manufacturing Finance)

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB: The main purpose of this role is to deliver control and analysis over company's manufacturing and admin OPEX. The Financial Analyst as part of a Supply chain finance controlling team will be providing full support in finance area for manufacturing and admin functions. He or she will be working closely with functional stakeholders to understand their issues, constructively challenge their inputs and together deliver a high quality results. Individually, this position will have responsibility for a wide variety of deliverables related to the reporting, planning and appraisal processes.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participation in period closing activities and preparation of management reporting;
• Variance analysis of actual expenses and justification of deviations versus plan;
• Financial planning and appraisal of POH and Admin OPEX;
• Participation in cross functional meetings to secure delivery of planned targets;
• Preparation and submission of ad-hoc reports and calculations.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? 

• Higher University degree (Economics, Finance, Controlling);
• Experience in Finance/Controlling/Audit (minimum 2 years);
• PC literate (MS Excel – obligatorily; Access, Power Pivot – on demand);
• Good communication skills and ability to translate complex raw data into simple key messages;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Intermediate/Upper-intermediate level of English;
• Open minded, change agent.
