ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

Senior Buyer

Lead and execute sourcing of a specific categories. Responsible for service level provided to internal customers and deliver Coca-Cola Hellenic BU targets. Support Group Strategic Procurement Managers, provide necessary information.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure supply security and cost effectiveness
• Manage supplier selection process and negotiations within relevant locally managed categories and full support for centrally managed categories
• Manage contract expiration and maintain contracts in CMS
• Implement cost-saving, innovation projects, KBIs development
• Improve payment terms and secure delivery in time and in full
• Suppliers evaluation, claim management, corrective action plans managing
• Cross-functionally collaboration to implement Procurement decisions and meet Internal customer requests
• Preparation of managed categories overviews, sourcing strategies development
• Cost models development and implementation, key market factors analysis
• Act as Procurement Ambassador in Cross-functional meetings
• Maintain master data (vendor creation), price variance analysis, SAP contract creation
• Ensure CSR strategy implementation; policies respected

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Work experience in Procurement Department. Technical categories in FMCG sector will be advantage
• Successful experience with a large amount of information, learning agility
• Analytical skills, project management
• Ownership mindset, reliability
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• MS office, SAP experience is an advantage
• English on Advanced level
