Customer Relations Coordinator
We are looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator who can help maintain and develop relations with current clients, and assist in bringing new clients on-board. The Customer Relations Coordinator will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as a connector between the client and the customer service.
Duties:
• Maintaining a long-term relationship with current clients to meet their business needs
• Provide regular updates to clients on the EBA services and instruments that directly affect each client
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client and thus enable other departments benefit from the communication as well
Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with key employees among member-companies
• Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
• Study competition to find new ways to retain clients
• Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
• Continuously update Client's data regarding their needs
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Customer Relations Coordinator
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Background in customer service; knowledge in sector of activity is a plus
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Upper-Intermediate English (both spoken and written)
