Construction Finance Professional

Our client is a large international company which provides it` activity in the renewable energy market all around the world.

Now company is searching for Construction Finance Professional. This specialist will become a part of the Construction Department which takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed - and remains responsible until the final tests are completed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the scope of contracts from financial perspective; control provision of necessary documentation is delivered in accordance with local legislation (tax, finance, accounting in construction)
• Be in charge of the cost estimate creation process: controlling transparency of cost estimates (especially BoP works)
• Alignment of processes in SAP and local accounting processes: checking on a weekly basis to follow up with the vendors which docs required for payment; control over primary supporting documentation workflow
• invoicing and provision of primary supporting documents, support Project Manager over control over payments from Customer
• Report on project progress completion (quarterly and year closing)
• Control of costs allocation in SAP to correct WBS elements
• Be the main point of contact for vendors for the payments related topics
• Perform FX re-calculation with Customer and Subcontractors

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Master/Specialist (Diploma) in tax, finance, accounting
• Several years of working experience in an international environment
• 3+ experience in construction is required
• Knowledge of best European practices
• Professional English verbal and writing skills
• Native Ukrainian and Russian languages.
