HR supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• To manage the HR issues in accordance with company' politics and policies.
• Recruitment process and adaptation of new employees in line with company's standards.
• To ensure customer satisfaction (managers and supervisors).
• Control and providing of Company activity in line with Labour Legislation/ Risks assessment and offering the best solution for the Company.
• Provides HR documents preparation for payroll issues.
• Benefits and compensations: Participation in bonus calculation together with central HR; Medical health insurances for employees; etc.
• Close cooperating with Country manager, managers and supervisors regarding HR issues.
• To provide the training for employees regarding Ukrainian Labour legislation and HR policies.
• Building educational system for employees
• Ensure execution of the approved budgets; control the expendable parts of the projects;

Requirements:

• High education
• English language - upper intermediate
• 3+ years of experience in HR sphere (generalist, supervisor)
