Main responsibilities:
- To manage the HR issues in accordance with company' politics and policies.
- Recruitment process and adaptation of new employees in line with company's standards.
- To ensure customer satisfaction (managers and supervisors).
- Control and providing of Company activity in line with Labour Legislation/ Risks assessment and offering the best solution for the Company.
- Provides HR documents preparation for payroll issues.
- Benefits and compensations: Participation in bonus calculation together with central HR; Medical health insurances for employees; etc.
- Close cooperating with Country manager, managers and supervisors regarding HR issues.
- To provide the training for employees regarding Ukrainian Labour legislation and HR policies.
- Building educational system for employees
- Ensure execution of the approved budgets; control the expendable parts of the projects;

Requirements:
- High education
- English language - upper intermediate
- 3+ years of experience in HR sphere (generalist, supervisor)
