Менеджер отдела лизинга (автомобили)

Responsibilities:

• Ensures implementation of the car leasing plan to the Customers of the Company.
• Performs planning and development of methods and technologies of car leasing and promotion of the leasing services on the Ukrainian market.
• Develops and organizes pre-sale measures to create conditions for the systematic car leasing, to meet the demand of the Customers for leasing.
• Participates in development and implementation of business plans and commercial terms of the agreements and contracts to be concluded.
• Studies the car leasing market and trends in its development, analyzes the market opportunities.
• Gathers information on the demand for car leasing, the reasons for its change (increase, decrease), analyzes the needs of the Customers.
• Finds the most efficient sectors of the car leasing market, develops a set of measures to exploit the opportunities of the leasing market to increase the sales plan of the Company.
• Develops and implements measures for organization and creation of the car leasing network.
• Identifies the potential of the prospective Customers and establishes business relations with them.
• Prepares and approves the price offers for car leasing for the Customers in due time, participates in pricing, determines the ways to substantiate the prices, develops and applies discount schemes depending on the various factors.
• Conducts pre-contract work with the Customers.
• Supervises arrangement of works on timely delivery of leasing cars to the Counterparty and timeliness of its return by the Counterparty after leasing under the concluded contracts.
• Controls timely payment from the customers under the concluded contracts.
• Analyzes the causes of claims from the Customers under the concluded contracts and makes decisions on effective resolution of the conflict situations.
• Establishes and provides continuous updating of the information databases on potential and current Customers.
• Fill information to OBISRAC company internal system.
• Maintains contacts with regular Customers, renews contracts with them.
• Analyzes actual volumes of sales, fulfills scheduled sales plans, and prepares analysis reports in due time for submission to the Director of the Company.
• Performs activities on engagement of new Customers, creates demand for car leasing, increases awareness of the Customers of the leasing.
• Provides document flow with the Customers and participates in the internal document flow of the Company.
• Give the correct information to agency properly and continuously regarding leasing website.

Requirements:

• Experience in car leasing
• Higher education (economics, finance, engineering)
• Ukrainian, Russian, excellent English
• Focus on results - evidence of active promotion of projects to completion
• Strong communication skills
• Negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service focus
• Ability to learn fast
