Sales&Market analyst

Position Purpose

• Market, consumers, channels analysis to unlock the opportunities for business growth;
• Bringing business value via implementation of proper market analysis techniques including and not limited to market definition, market position estimate, market share evaluation, competitive analysis and profiling, regional and country trend projection, business case estimate and analysis.
• Maintain the reporting infrastructure to provide business analysis within the department.
• Implement the necessary changes to the reports to meet existing and emerging business needs.

Key Result Areas & Tasks

• Market analytics, market sizing, competitive analysis
• IMS data analysis for SF&Marketing and preparation of presentations for Business reviews and ad-hoc requests from Sales & Marketing teams
• Conduct marketing research with the involvement of research agencies;
• Price monitoring of company/competitors within IMS/external data sources;
• Affiliate's Sales & Activity KPI monitoring, analysis, benchmarking and automation with development of KPI dashboards
• Sales targets setting & validation (products, therapeutic areas, market). Upload Sales plans to local database (in-market, ex-factory) and update in case of changes
• Reports preparation (weekly/monthly) and distribution to all the interested team members (sales/stock by products, groups, periods, distributors, regions etc) in due terms
• Analyze internal and market reasons for deviations from sales plans;
• Collection, support and development of local databases for storing all products/plans/sales/stocks data from all distributors.
• Sales Force KPIs monitoring & analysis.
• Training activities for KAMs, BCM, etc. related to sales/market analysis.
• Regular/Ad-hoc activity reporting related to sales/market analysis.
• Other specific assigned projects related to sales/market analysis.

Qualifications

• Technical/mathematician education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in multinational company.
• Experience in project management.
• Language: English - intermediate or higher.

• Ability to influence, challenge thinking and gain credibility with senior commercial/marketing leaders;

• Technical skills: MS Office (deep knowledge in Excel/Access/Power point), SQL.
