Customer Support with German

What will be your scope of work?

» Processing of orders for our German speaking customers in our internal software.

» Daily phone and email communication with our headquarters in the Czech Republic due to negotiating the details of customer requests.

» Quotation for air-handling units, air regulation technologies and other components.

» Handling of routine administration.

» Work with company information systems.

What makes your work easier?

» Higher education/University in the technical field.

» Knowledge of the German language at a very good level of comprehension of the written text and a good level for everyday written contact with the headquarters in the Czech Republic.

» Very good PC skills.

» Economic awareness and numerical competence.
