Functions:

  1. 1. Product/Service Lifecycle management:

 

a) Planning, analysis, design and creation of Content Services and Products portfolio and Partners to reach objectives (in terms of revenue, usage, penetration, etc.) and providing customer acquisition and retention;

b) Successful implementation of a full lifecycle of none branded content & partner services (carried services) and branded responsibility category (Music, Game, Info etc....);

c) Project management and product development with CM - VAS Unit, Content Providers, Content Aggregators and Application providers. Settlement the service and product tariffs. Providing CURE and Training teams with written materials, presentations about services, including FAQ, service positioning and key highlights;

d) Decision on service & product termination / improve if needed.

 

a) Preparation of Request for Proposal for the potential partner's solutions for both branded or carried content services and realization of related tenders;

b) Analysis of partners' proposals or Content /Service provider and negotiations with content providers to provide services, negotiations and partner acquisitions project agreement finalization;

c) Brief and together with contracting, legal, tax department organization of legal support for contracts to be concluded (for related product, project, advertisement,);

d) Account Manager role for external 3rd Party Content Partners for which he/she is in charge;

e) Partners and Products target determination (Usage, revenue, etc.) and budgeting for all content services and partners operations. Branded Services and Partners Revenues and Expenses are separately;

f) Evaluation of Partners operational results, their comparison with the objectives and plans, implementation of necessary actions if a deviation exists;

g) Relationship management between the partner and the operator and revenue sharing process. Successful implementation of financial settlements fulfilling according to Financial Department request;

h) Confirmation and control of monthly certificates prepared by Finance Department to each partner which is subject of revenue share.

 

  1. 3. Operational analysis and activities:

 

a) Benchmarking of VAS on other operators and analysis of local VAS Market and competitors for shaping the midterm tactical and long term decisions & strategies;

b) Evaluation and feasibility analysis for a new Content service or product idea provided by customer segments, partners or segment itself, getting of official approval for the go/not go decision in Product Management Division for the service/product after making the financial feasibility;

c) Analysis of statistical data for branded and none branded (carried) services and implementation of these data results for effective Content Services Product Management with periodical monthly reports for Revenue, ARPU, Usage and Penetration KPI's for each service and category;

d) Monitoring results from the planned campaigns & events and actions with partners;

e) Development and implementation of additional events to achieve targets (inclusive of product/service promotion campaigns);

f) Creation and management of VAS usage increasing campaigns if necessary in parallel to other segment campaigns;

g) Content Management: decision, gather, creation and usage of hot market content, track and offer of hot content through branded or none branded services;

h) Confirming lifecell brand usage on Partners services for the managed Partners under account management topics. Approval of communication materials of partners (printed materials, Internet texts, visuals, radio jingles, TVCs) and content services logic; development and execution control of launch support activities for partners services.

Partnership management:

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian Content&VAS Market Dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of business principals and revenue sharing models.
  • Project & Product management (telecom/mobile applications development vendor).
  • Partner Management for Content/VAS projects; Multitasking and Multiple Projects Management Capability with different Partners.
  • English upper-intermediate.
