Customer Support Manager (Arabic)

Hello!

We are looking for arabic speaking customer support manager to our Kyiv office.

Requirements: 

• Arabic - Native;
• English - Fluent;
• Competent written and oral speech (knowledge of grammar and style of the language);
• 1+ year experience in customer support;
• Experience with CRM systems;
• Analytical & Research Skills;
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude;
• Stress resistance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer verification;
• Chatting with clients via our channel support (emails, live chat, and calls);
• Receiving and processing incoming requests;
• Keeping records of the work done.
