The incumbent will have direct responsibility, and accountability for building a high-growth business, great options to grow with the company and work with an amazing team.

• Required Intermediate + English (speaking and writing).
• High Time Management.

You will perform the following tasks:

• Communicate with clients by the phone and email;
• accompany and advise existing users about our product;
• working in collaboration with several departments in the company;
• providing our clients with the highest customer service level;
• building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers.
