 Duties:

  • preparation and submission of document packages for electronic public procurement tenders through the systems: https://tender.uub.com.ua/ ; https://prozorro.gov.ua/ ; https://www.dzo.com.ua/ ; https://zakupki.prom.ua/ - 
  • Record keeping;
  •  acceptance a registration of correspondence;
  •   personnel records management;
  •   1С,  systematization of primary documentations, statement of invoices, analysis of the availability of originals of accounting documentation;
  •   made contracts for sale and purchase with new payment terms, additional agreements;
  •   handling phone calls and business correspondence, submissions, reports as required, monitoring deadlines and accuracy of the tasks fulfilled;
  •   sale, carried negotiations and support of clients, control accounts payable and receivable;
  •   maintaining a register of company contracts;
  •   sending the relevant documentations to the clients;
  •   coordination of warehouse work, organization of product delivery to customers, transport search, work with carriers (documents flow);
  •   performing various ad-hoc requests, both business and personal;
  •   meet clients in office;
  •   ensuring the viability of the office.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Economics or Jurisprudence (law)
  • Professional knowledge of PC, Word, Excel, Outlook

 

Language skills:

  • English - fluent
  • Ukrainian - native
  • Russian - fluent (but not required)

 

Working hours:

Monday - Friday from 08:00 to 16:30
