equirements:  -University degree, Engineering or IT is Plus with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a Personal assistant / Executive assistant capacity ideally whilst working for similar resources companies-Excellent ( ENGLISH)) communication (Written, Speaking & Understanding), Knowledge of Dutch is plus.

 

-Professionalism and confidence dealing with Executive Level Management

-Advanced Microsoft and IT skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook). Experience with Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project, are a plus.

-Knowledge petrochemical / Engineering is a plus.

-Working as freelancer / contractor.

-Self-motivated, career driven and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

 

Duties: 

  • Providing personal assistance and calendar management to the Manager.
  • Organizing agenda and follow up.
  • Support making reports on a timely basis.
  • Assisting in preparation of documentation.
  • Organizing from A to Z (spread-sheet) work for dashboard and all works related to World formats.
  • Making Power point presentation.
  • Making minutes of meeting from hand written into the World / Excel with chase up and action points.
  • Take on specific initiatives assigned by improve processes and initiatives to support the overall needs.
  • Provide a timely response to information requests, divisional services.
  • Create, update and maintain SharePoint pages and online databases.
  • Maintain time sheets, expense claims and business for assigned Managers and direct reports
  • Maintain, manage and document all reports and statement.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and various document formatting
  • Making a budget estimate for the proposed solutions with Support of general manager
  • Major workload is situated is in home work and online with possible travel to Belgium.
  • dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Building excel sheet dashboard.
  • Bookkeeping.
