Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting both the Sales and Marketing teams in their lead and business generation activities. Lead Generation Specialist’s day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on work with CRM, LinkedIn, UpWork, etc.
Requirements:
- You have an interest in sales & marketing and know what CRM means
- Good research skills; detail-oriented mindset
- Education or proficiency in IT related fields would be a plus
- Basic experience in working with scripts, follow-ups
- At least intermediate level proficiency with office tools (Excel / Google sheets, Word, Calendar, etc.), the fluent Internet user
- At least basic understanding the specifics of IT sales
Will be a plus:
- Experience in IT sales for Western Europe, USA and Canada
- Experience in Web, Mobile Development companies
- A good understanding of software development methods, tools and technologie
- Sales & marketing experience
- Experience in CRM
- E-mail marketing
- Sales Navigator
- Lead generation automation tools
Responsibilities:
- Our potential client’s research
- Work with CRM and update all the information about potential and current clients
- Performing different research tasks on request
- Sales & marketing assistance in terms of CRM, marketing tools, analytics, reports
- Complete assignments and a variety of sales & marketing tasks
- Identify appropriate leads within the target audience in Linkedin
- Manage data for new and prospective leads in the client’s database
- Run mass lead generation campaigns using automation tools and manually
- Answer and Follow up on leads using main company strategy scenarios
