Neffos Business Development Manаger

One position available.

Workplace: Kyiv, Shulyavska subway

One position is available in TP-LINK Sales Team to operate with Neffos smartphone partners. We look for experienced, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented person with positive attitude to job, able to overtake challenging tasks and successfully complete them.



  • • Bachelor degree as minimal requirement to candidate
  • • 2+ years of experience as position of Sales / Business Development Manager
  • • High efficiency on execution and details oriented.
  • • Intermediate+ level of English knowledge (both written and spoken)
  • • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • • Experience in negotiations, ability to find "win-win" solutions for any situation
  • • Energetic, self-motivated, highly result-oriented and positive personality
  • • Strong team player
  • • Experience in smartphone trade marketing program is preferred
  • • Having a whole understanding and sound vision of smartphone market is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

  • • Tp-link Neffos Business Development
  • • New partners acquisition and Existing partners development
  • • Tp-Link Neffos brand and product presentation
  • • Channel PSI management
  • • Channel co-promo activities management
  • • In-store channel program development and implementation
  • • FSM Programs and trainings introduction to the Partners
  • • Regular reporting (sales target achievement, co-promo ROI)
  • • Partners Event Management
  • • Close cooperation with other company departments
  • • Driving license cat. "B" is highly preferable.
