Project Manager/Operational Manager

Hey, nice to see you! We are an International E-commerce company working in 10 countries already. At the moment we are expanding and looking for an experienced Project Manager/Operational Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

 to manage the process of creating online stores;

to manage and lead E-Commerce International team (at least 5 people in the team); 

to manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the team;

to help new and current members of the team with all their questions;

to make sure each team member is meeting KPI's and is feeling happy and successful being a part of the team;

to make sure that each team member is providing high-quality work on time.

Requirements:

Operational Management experience in Ecommerce;

Strong management capabilities;

Advanced English (we are an international team);

Availability: full time job - 40 h / week.
