Sales Outreach Assistant - Full Time | Marketing Agency

My name is Luke - I'm the founder and head of growth at a specialist advertising consultancy with clients in USA, UK, Australia & Canada. We are experiencing a period of fast growth and as such are looking for a new sales assistant who is interested in joining us as we help businesses around the world to understand and leverage their advertising successfully.

You'll be joining an elite team of expert business and advertising consultants who will help you learn and grow.

Position:  Sales Assistant (With Additional Tasks)

Essence of Work:  Manage our outreach to new clients, communicate with clients, help our clients succeed and help us to optimize our operations

Work Format:  Office in Pochersk and remote work from your home (following interview results)

Schedule:  Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00

Employment:  Full time or part time (following interview results)

Address:  Klovskii Descent 5 (close to Arsenalna Metro)

Salary:  17,000 to 28,000 UAH per month (following interview results)

Initial responsibilities will be to identifying projects / businesses that fit our criteria, send proposals out to each project using scripts provided, answer questions sent through and ultimately help to organization appointments.

Duties:

• Being a Sales Assistant in our team means:
• Maintain a full sales cycle
• To communicate with clients by messenger, email and in social networks
• Continue to optimize our sales process to identify opportunities
• Track sales metrics and optimize based on data
• Work with internal CRM system and keep personal reporting;
• Become part of the team, working in connection our team in Kiev and USA
• Sales outreach based through an online platform.
• Search for projects that fit our criteria
• Outreach to projects using scripts
• Answering questions from prospects
• Cold outreach via email and management of email outreach process

Requirements:

• You must have excellent verbal and written english.
• Ability to learn quickly based on feedback
• Smart, sharp and highly attentive to detail
• A fast internet connection where you live / work
• Ability to stick to a regular schedule (and work the same hours each day)
• A good memory and ability to recall information
• Quick to reply to questions / instructions
• Understanding of accounting a bonus
