E-commerce Manager

Electrolux is developing direct to consumer (D2C) e-commerce platforms and we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager with strong project management skills to become a part of our Sales Team, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The core focus is to strategically develop and leverage new routes to market, delivering profitable growth for the company.

Your main tasks:

• Support the implementation of D2C platform in Ukraine, cooperating closely within the project team;
• Plan, drive and deliver D2C initiatives, track the performance;
• Be in close continuous contact with Central Team and implement all necessary proposed solutions in time;
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure the development of actionable plans and their execution to deliver best in class D2C experience;
• Work deeply on sales analytics and forecasting in D2C channel;
• Focus on webshops promotion together with Digital Marketing Team;
• Coordinate the Electrolux-Partner online platform, understand its concept, working techniques and methods;
• Work on sites usability, understand the mechanisms around SEO, paid search etc. to drive site traffic and generate demand;
• Cooperate with digital agencies in regard to technical part of job.

Qualifications:

• High education.
• Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience;
• Knowledge of digital marketing instruments;
• Project management skills;
• Proven record of successful sales projects in online channel;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, working within a cross-functional team;
• Required languages: native Ukrainian, fluent English.
