Key responsibilities:

• Training creation (from presentations and recordings)
• Managing an internal Learning Management System: creating sessions, enrollment and attendance tracking, report preparation etc.
• Collaborate with other teams, like designers to ensure training consistency
• Administrate internal performance development system
• Support in calibration meetings, performance review, evaluation completeness etc.
• Assist in other L&D activities.

 The candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as HR specialist or administrator
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate (platform for workplace learning) will be an advantage
• English – at least upper intermediate level.
