HR Administration Specialist / Junior HR Administration Specialist

KPMG Ukraine is looking for HR Administration Specialist  / Junior Specialist

Responsibilities:

•   Keeping of personnel records: hiring and dismissal of employees,  registration of vacations, transfers to other departments, etc.;
•  Keeping of labour records of employees;
•  Drafting of labour contracts and additional agreements;
•  Preparation of documents in accordance with legislation and internal  policies of the company;
•  Interaction with the company’s employees regarding personnel documentation;
•  Introduction of information on employees and staffing events in 1С;
•  Work with the archive of documents (in an electronic and paper form).

 Requirements for candidates:

•   Higher education;
•   Experience in HR-administration;
•   Knowledge of English (at least Upper-Intermediate);
•   Experience with MS Excel, knowledge of 1C would be a plus;
•   Communication skills;
•   Attention to details;
•   Strong analytical skills;
•   Team-player.
