Significantly decreased the customer acquisition cost using the machine learning (programmatic) algorithms and customer journey analytics.

  1. After I installed the conversion funnel, CAC for a 6-month subscription to a digital product decreased from 300+ UAH to 70 UAH, while the agv. check increased to 8000-10000 UAH.

I've developed and implemented a 6 month marketing plan for a brand awareness goal.

I've fulfilled requirements for the quality and quantity of traffic - using 70% of the budget I've completed the plan by 140%:

-AdWords search campaigns, CPC (4 UAH per click, CTR 6-12%), CPA (behavioral KPI: a 2 min. session, 20% of the traffic);

-increased the reach of social pages to 2 mill. with the help of giveaways and social marketing platforms, increased the amount of subscribers by 50%
