Junior Lawyer, Assistant

We are an international legal company. We create efficient legal structures for international operation of different types of business. Our consulting company provides solutions to corporate customers, such as structuring of assets, finance flows & taxing. 

We gathered a team of specialists who are also friendly interesting people and now we are looking for a junior lawyer. We expect that our new colleague will be a team member and use the word «we» instead of «I» or «you», as well as that he\she will be ambitious with a desire to grow. 

Junior lawyer will:

•         assist a senior colleague with daily tasks (companies incorporation, bank account opening, etc.);
•         make phone calls and email communications with partners all over the world;
•         Drafting and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal documents according to international law;
•         Make researches for certain legal cases. 

After gaining enough experience, you will:

•         Incorporate non-resident companies in different locations (Europe, Asia, USA);
•         Open bank and merchant accounts;
•         Obtain licenses for non-resident companies (through local providers);
•         Maintain non-resident companies;
•         Build long-term relations with contractors, service providers, and partners;
•         Research for new opportunities and issues according to clients' requests.

Qualifications for the role, we are looking for:

•         Experience with legal documents drafting;
•         Advanced English level;
•         Knowledge of international law;
•         University degree in Law;
•         Experience in international incorporations and/or bank account opening will be a plus;
•         Strong research and analytical skills;
•         Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•         Experience in international communications;
•         Ability to work, communicate and deliver at a high-quality standard;
•         Good communicator and negotiator.
