Finance Manager of Top Line controlling team

Danone Dairy is looking for Manager of Top Line controlling team in Kyiv.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-pilot Topline profitable growth together with Sales, Marketing and Research & Innovations departments.
• Lead strategic (Long-Range) planning process (from 2021).
• Participate in the monthly closing procedures in the part of sales discounts, trade terms, advertising and promotions expenses.
• Forecast and analyze Net Sales.
• Ensure timely submission of Group reporting on Net Sales variance & Topline by Brand / Channel / Customer.
• Support existing Business Intelligence tools and implement new tools.
• Review and approve trade spend commitments, advertising purchase contracts, including media contracts.
• Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules.
• Ensure promotions ROI assurance & Innovation business case estimation.
• Ensure advertising  and pricing strategy efficiency.
• Participate in Brand / Customer strategy development, execution, profitability tracking and improvement.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education economics or finance.
• 5 years of previous experience.
• Fluent English.
• Good Excel, math and statistic skills.
• Deep understanding of controlling realm.
