Danone Dairy is announcing an opening of Junior Strategy and Insights Manager position in Kiev.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Market, consumers, channels analysis to unlock the opportunities for business growth
• Monitoring market global & local trends via efficient usage of all available source of data (market researches, retail data, international analytical services & systems, etc.);
• Ensure deep understanding of consumers behavior, believes, needs & tensions;
• Suggest & lead market research conducting if needed with wide usage of digital & agile tools for data gathering;
• Track dairy market dynamic & key players position, effectiveness of brands communication campaigns & deliver brands KPI's (Brand Health & Communication tracking).

Experience and qualifications required:

• Experience within 1 year in market research agency is needed (experience in FMCG industry in consumers insights area will be a plus);
• Experience in standard research quantitative & qualitative approaches;
• Ability to read data & make conclusions from multiple source of data;
• Level of English - Upper-Intermediate;
  
• Digitally fluent.
