Now we are announcing an opening of Productivity Project Manager position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organize proper project methodology and execution for costefficiency and optimization projects;
• Effective risk assessment and timelines;
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, alignment and continuous improvement of existing processes;
• Conduct regular trainings and communication;
• Create mitigation plans for the projects' KPIs achievement.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Experience in cross-functional projects;
• Intermediate knowledge of English;
• Experience in project planning, development & risk assessment management;
• Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Experience in People Management.
