Danone Nutricia is announcing an opening of Junior planning specialist position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for CSL, OOS and mitigating actions recommendation;
• Keep high performance of KPIs ;
  
• Maintain inventory strategy (control minimum/maximum and freshness parameters) and identify potential inventory obsolescence to minimise write-offs of finish goods;
• Communication with Production Planners regarding production schedules alignment, change of production etc;
• Plan import deliveries from each Supply Point, communicate with SP Shipment departments and maintain good receipts in SAP;
• Organize import/export deliveries, communicate with customs brokers and transport providers, responsible for import transport tender.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Higher education (Master or bachelor degree);
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP as advantage;
• English - Upper intermediate;
• Great analytic skills.
