Danone Dairy is announcing an opening of Senior Digital Media Manager position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop the company and brands' digital strategies and bring them to life;
• Design and implement brand and cross-brand digital activations;
• Lead digital media planning (both strategy & execution);
• Drive digital literacy of the team and organization;
• Coordinate the work of agencies and stakeholders;
• Design and implement CRM programs;
• Develop and size-up direct report/s;
• Build efficient network inside (incl. region and HQ) and outside.

Experience and qualifications required:

• University degree;
  
• Relevant business experience (min 3 - up to 5 years of relevant experience);
  
• Programming skills and basic design skills would be an advantage
• English - advanced;
• Digital know-how, marketing fundamentals;
• Project management, strategic thinking;
• Advanced communication & presentation skills;
• People management.
