IT Project Manager

DevPals is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team in Ukraine.Our future team member will be in charge of multiple projects in order to deliver products on time and within budget, while also ensuring complete client satisfaction, project risk analysis, management and mitigation procedures.

We are looking for:

- Strong Technology background and Excellent Technology understanding (R&D Team leader/Group Leader/System architect)

- At least 1 years of proven experience in mid and large scale project management

- Experience in managing project in an agile matrix and waterfall environment

- Experience in process definition and implementation

- Ability to coach engineering teams regarding project management best practices and agile methodology

- Excellent time management and organizational skills and expertise establishing guidelines in these areas for others

- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment, excellent interpersonal skills

- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

- Attention to details
