English speaking Customer support operator (Crypto)

RBFC Ukraine LLC is looking for an English speaking Customer support operator to come in and make an immediate impact starting day one. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Our team consists of dedicated and passionate entrepreneurial thinking millennials that truly believe in the success of the project and the idea behind it.

We are an international brokerage firm, focusing on the digital assets. Our offices are based in Kyiv and New Zealand

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

• Communicate and support customers during the onboarding application
• Reviewing KYC documents for incoming transactions
• Maintain workflow for refunds, chargebacks, wire transfers, communication with different internal departments and manage finance related compliance processes.
• Back-office tasks such as ongoing status reporting including communication with other departments
• Onboarding the new clients and maintaining relationships with the key customers

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Eager to improve the processes and achieve maximum growth in accordance with organization plans
• At least 2 years of Experience in Compliance from FinTech / Gaming industry
• Tech Savvy- good with spreadsheet, database, CRM
• Handle sensitive and confidential situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST. The working hours are Monday - Friday, from 9:30 until 18:30.

The starting salary for this position is USD 1000. Depending on the qualifications, a higher salary is possible.
