Performance Marketing Specialist

Naranga is a software company that provides business solutions for franchise business all over the world.

Naranga is currently looking for a skilled search specialist to join our BizDev department. We need your brain and experience to transform our paid search marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be required to set up and manage our paid search marketing and online advertising. You will also work with our digital marketing team to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Analytics set up and corrections, making technical issues for dev team if needed
  • Working with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI: creating customized reports and dashboards
  • Working with internal data sources such as clients’ data in order to use it in reporting
  • Monthly online marketing forecast and reporting
  • Online demand research (keywords) for plenty of projects (either Naranga or external customers)
  • Planning, creating, and managing PPC campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
  • Optimizing bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
  • Performing daily account management of PPC campaigns (reviewing expensive under-performing keywords and ensuring PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintaining Quality Score, impression share, and other important metrics)
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and presenting the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Staying on top of search engine and PPC industry trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any technology-related field
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business
  • Experience with BI reporting
  • Functional experience with all channels of social media platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Being familiar with B2B communication
  • No less than Intermediate English level
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accountable and initiative
  • Ready to work without micromanagement and flexible for strategy changes

Would be a plus:

  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience working in software companies
