HR Generalist

  • Taking part in creation HR policy and monitoring of implementation;
  • Perform all procedures related to employees' onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth;
  • Organizing onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
  • Explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
  • Performance review, 360 organizing/moderation;
  • Employee's mood monitoring (conducting 1-to-1 meetings & providing action plans). Staff risks & value assessments;
  • Employee offboarding, conducting an exit interview and giving feedback;
  • Help with strengthening the employer brand of the company by digital channels;
  • Plan and organize participation in external events (conferences, workshops, job fairs, etc.), including helping, organize the participation of our speakers at external thematic events in order to promote the employer's brand;
  • Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques;
  • Closing different IT positions (Miiddle/Senior Level) and participating in all stages of recruiting process.


  • 2+ year experience in HR Manager/IT Recruiter role;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and communication, presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
  • Desire to work with people.

It will be great if you possess coaching experience.
