UX/UI Designer /Lead (marketing team)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design
• 1+ years of experience designing UX for web portals
• Axure (advanced)
• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (depending on platform)
• Adobe AE (optional, nice to have)
• Google Optimize (basic) or analogue, Google Analytics (medium), Hotjar or analogue (medium)
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Have contributed as a leader in design
• Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to create clean, visually consistent designs
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward the products
• English - upper Intermediate

Will be a Plus:

• Interface Animation (IxD)
• Understanding HTML, CSS, Javascript Principles

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements and behavior, in collaboration with SEO managers, product and marketing departments
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Prototype and share your ideas, designs and interaction experiences by creating working prototypes using current prototyping software
• Partner with developers to maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout products, providing expertise and mentorship
• A/B Tests
• Design team mentoring and development
